All wholesale orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.
During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any delays.
Wholesale.usa-angel.com" has implemented automated systems to streamline shipping, ensuring fast and reliable order fulfillment. Our system automatically compares carrier rates to purchase the most cost-effective shipping labels. Products are shipped only after the shipping label is purchased, maintaining efficiency and accuracy in the process.
We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver orders, selecting the carrier based on the item's size and weight. Generally, orders under 2 lbs are shipped via USPS, while larger items are sent via UPS or FedEx Ground. Standard delivery times range from 4 to 14 business days.
We offer standard ground shipping and expedited shipping options within the U.S.
Delivery time varies based on the shipping method selected and destination:
Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.
Freight shipping is required for bulk orders exceeding standard parcel limits. Customers will be notified of freight costs before dispatch.
Free shipping may be available for bulk purchases meeting a specified order threshold (subject to promotions and eligibility).
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

If an item arrives damaged, report the issue within 3 business days of receipt with photographic evidence.

All sales are final for wholesale orders. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Claims for defective or incorrect products must be made within 7 business days of order receipt.
To initiate a return, email wholesale@usa-angel.com with order details, reason for return, and supporting images.
If approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued, which must be included with the return shipment.
Returns without prior approval or an RMA number will not be accepted.
Approved returns will be replaced with the correct item or a store credit will be issued.
Refunds are only issued in cases where replacements are not available.
Shipping fees for returned items are non-refundable, except in cases of company error.
